Harbourview District spring 2020 update

Linking Downtown to the South-End, the Harbourview District will become a vibrant, walkable community with greenery-lined sidewalks, roadways to accommodate bike lanes, coffee shops, boutiques, seating, and public art. Over the next five years, we plan to bring 280 homes to the district, made up of multiple mid-rise condo developments linked by green space, and landscaped walkways, creating a pedestrian-friendly community bordering Haliburton and Nicol Street.

Outlook

Outlook, our first building in the Harbourview District, is set to welcome its residents in late summer 2020. As construction progresses we are excited to see the interior taking shape as crews work their way from the top of the building down. Insulation on the fourth and fifth-floor is complete, with drywall, and tub and shower installation underway. On the bottom three floors, fireboard and insulation are underway. Over the next month, we expect to begin painting, flooring and cabinet installation on the fifth and fourth floors.

Prospect

Prospect sales launched early March and we are thrilled by the excitement shared among purchasers to be a part of the Harbourview District vision. As we near 50% sold, a selection of 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom + den and 2 bedroom homes are still available, with prices as low as $279,900 + GST. Preparations are underway at the Prospect site, with perimeter fencing installed, and demolition plans for the existing buildings underway.

As the area transforms into an epicentre for urban living, we hope to serve the communities in which we invest by creating community-centric spaces. To be a part of this up-and-coming community, please contact our sales team for more information and availability.
