Mike has been involved in all facets of the residential construction industry for over 25 years. Parkshore has from the very start focused on developing and selling quality homes in a positive and productive work environment, and Mike remains hands-on with each project through to completion and beyond, to ensure that this promise is fulfilled.

Bill has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering (UBC), an Associate Certificate in Project Management (BCIT), a Certificate in Project Management (Project Management Institute), and years of on-site experience working as a framing carpenter, roofer, and site lab technician.
Bill applies his expertise to building quality homes from the ground up. His solid work ethic, warm personality, and leadership skills make him an invaluable asset to the Parkshore team. Bill is also fluent in Mandarin.

Lloyd has worked in the construction industry for over 38 years, holding roles as a Labourer, Carpenter, and Site Superintendent in a variety of subfields, including heavy civil / industrial, multi-unit wood frame residential, multi-unit senior care facilities, mid- and high-rise concrete condominium towers valued at up to $60 million.
From the ground to 45 storeys up, from footings to grand openings, and everything in between, Lloyd's done it. As a journeyman tradesperson he knows what it takes to create buildings that will stand the test of time, and leave an enduring legacy one can be proud of.
